Has anybody ever put a 67 nova rear end in a 70 nova? if so what does it take.

Why would you want to take one of the highest priced 12 bolt rear ends and install it in a '70 Nova? You can get big bucks for that one and buy a real nice rear end of your choice with the money. The '66-'67 Nova 12 bolt is very rare and unique. It is 2 inches narrower than any other 12 bolt and the spring perches are not in the same location. You would have to cut off the spring perches and weld on new ones.
