Hey,
Stopped in to say hello. Great forum with alot of interesting information. Really nice cars from what I've seen so far.
Just a little backround. My day job is an RF Engineer. I have a part time deal doing alot of turbo and chassis fabrication and fuel injection conversions/tuning. Hope to assist in your forums with Q&A.
My build is a little different. It's more Pro Street that Pro-Touring but, I want above average handling, steering and stopping than your "typical" Pro Streeter. That's why I joined.
My current deal is a 55 Chevy Sedan. I'm finishing up the Twin 76mm Turbo 555 BBC w/ FAST EFI. Behind that is a Tremec TKO600 5 speed trans and fabricated 9" rear.
I've added manual R&P steering, tubular upper and lower control arms, 2" dropped spindles, QA1 double adjustable coilovers, front and rear sway bars and 4 wheel disc brakes. Hope it steers, stops and handles better than the first one I had!!!
Stop in to see my progress and some of the other shop projects I've done.
