Anyone know of or have direct experience with these guys? They were just the featured engine builder for a budget big block 482 buildup in last month's Popular Hot Rodding. I think it made over 700hp on a $7000 budget....

They have a pretty killer 540 crate motor on ebay for $7999 with quality parts it seems. Claims 700 hp and 665 ft lbs with dyno and 12 month/12k mile warranty.

It's about $1000 cheaper than Shafiroff's very similar 540 with nearly the same parts, altho Shafiroff's warranty is 2 yrs/unlimited miles.

I ran a search on the forum and couldn't find any results for T & L....

anybody??

If they are the same people I'm thinking of, they used to build (maybe still do) NASCAR BGN and Cup engines during the 90's.
