Help,

I know my my hands aren't dirty but they are going to be in the morning since i have to get my truck back together and on the ground and outside for pictures.

I need to take 100 pics of my truck tommorow and i plan to have my wife shot them. She is excellent photographer but i need her to learn how to take pictures of my truck in the next 12 hours.

Some magazines have done articles on how to take pictures of cars and i've spent the last hour searching the internet and i've given up.

any help here would be great.

NOT an expert, but some things I noticed, taking pictures of mine, are: lighting, reflections and glare.

Sounds simple, but if parked in a garage, the camara says the lighting is fine, but just on the back half that is getting sun light. The rest is to dark. If you lighten the picture up, the back is to bright and starts to get bleached.

Try different angles, like high or low.

Are you taking digital pics or the old film type?

Go grab a circular polarizing filter, find good light +/- 1 hour of sunset/sunrise, get a tripod or something else that you can take a ~1 second exposure with. experiment, and take a lot of shots.

We took lots of shots - These are courtesy of my wife camera skills.
