Has anyone used or does anyone have any firsthand knowledge of the car chemistry collector inserts. I have the spintech 3" side exit on my car and it is a liitle to loud for regular street driving. I was hoping to quiet it down a little bit without removing the side exhaust. Any ideas?

I was also thinking of putting some dynomax bullets on the inlet side of the mufflers. I heard you can use them as resonators after the mufflers, but with the side exit I can not fit them there.

Thanks

Tmat, I made up an insert like the car chemistry ones for a Quad 4 car I had. It did help a little bit, not a lot though. You can put the dynomax mufflers ahead of the spintech's. Many a factory car have the resonators first then the mufflers after. Good luck.

They do quiet the car, but are quite restrictive if it's a high power car.
