Upgrade it? or Stroke it? Head Discussion!

This is my current setup
350 bored .030 making it 355ci
TRW Forged Flat Tops 10.1 compression
Comp Cams Extreme Energy 262H .462/.469
GM Cast 64cc angle plug heads 2.02 valves
Comp Cams Magnum Roller Tip Rocker Arms 1.5 Ratio
GM Lt1 Intake comparable to (performer rpm)
GM 70 Corvette 700cfm Quadrajet (Jetted)

Im pretty pleased with this setup but should I spend the money and get a pair of Dart Iron Eagle Platnium 200cc heads or a pair of AFR 195 Street Eliminators and 1.6 full roller rockers to make it perform better?? or should I just build a 383 with the combo below because I have a feeling that the 355 just isnt going to be impressive. The car is primarlly a street car so it needs bottom end but also a good range. It has 4.10s and a TKO600 2.87 First Gear. Im trying to stay on a budget but spending close to $5000 wont be a problem. So upgrade my 355 or stroke it?

Bore = 4.030
Stroke = 3.75

Dart Iron Eagle Platnium 200cc 2.02/1.60 angle plugs with 64cc chamber or AFR 195cc Street Eliminators 2.02/1.60 with 68cc chamber

Edelbrock RPM Air Gap

GM 70 Corvette 700cfm Quadrajet (Jetted) (probably will upgrade)

Full roller rockers 1.6 ratio

Lemme know your thoughts on which would be a better combo. Also which heads would the best to buy...the Dart Iron Eagle Platniums or the AFR Street Eliminators

Whether you should spend the money and stroke it is up to you. If you are power hungry go for it, it's not a bad thing. Stroking the thing would wake it up even more, and throw on some good heads and rollerrockers, uh yeah. For a head choice, I would call both places and get thier flow #'s. AFR does thier homework and each new product that comes out seems to get better and better and Dart is the standard. I personally would go with the cheaper one unless the other was so much better performance wise.
