I'm Geoffrey from Bossier City, LA. I'm working on a a 1968 Plymouth Satellite. I am looking for more of a luxurious, but sporty type of ride. I am think along the lines of a Euro type of ride.
I plan on doing away with the torsion bar/leaf spring suspension setup. Here are a couple of ideas that I have:
1. C4 Vette front, with triangulated 4-link or C5 vette rear
2. Mustang II front, with late-model Thunderbird rear
3. Air Ride Shockwaves, front and rear
What other options do you guys know of, and how do you think the ones I mentioned, would perform?
Also, I have looked at a couple of front coil-over conversions, RCC Specialties, and Magnumforce Racing. Has anyone had any experience with these?
