Back After A Long Time

It's been a long time since I've visited here. I'm glad I did because looking at the "Project Updates" has gotten me motivated to finish my ride. Since I last posted I've dropped my new motor in (I had blown the other when I installed nitrous) and got the new rims & tires on. My dumb arse put the intake on without dropping in the lifters and dropped the motor in without putting in the torque convertor (gotta drop the tranny and reinstall the intake now). Anyway, here's a pic of the new motor (I also smoothed the firewall a little more while I was at it) and a shot of it with the new wheels. I intend to lower it some more still too.

I think we do those kind of things out of excitement. I was sooo anxious to get it (intake) on and see how it looked/performed.

so, litevette, how light is lite? I see you have the front end stripped pretty good.
I've only been in a 'vette once, in a rat's nest '68. always liked the '68-'72s. nice.
