I saw this car over the weekend and knew I recognized the paint job right away. It is identical to Kris Hortons Chevelle!

Haha, glad you guys dig it. That was a "perk" of the job. The Chevelle represented Jada Toys a couple times at various shows and in turn, they asked me to design a die-cast "replica" of it. A few changes were made to make it fit the Big Time Muscle product line of course, but I think it came out looking pretty cool! :)

They can take my Formula and "overhaul" it to look like the 1970 Firebird toy I have setting on my desk right now anyday!
Cool stuff for your desk!

So during my roadtrip to The Richmond Nascar race this weekend we made a pit stop at some hole in the wall gas station/ truck stop somewhere in West Virginia. I'm killing time checking out the merchandise while the other guys are hitting the loo and I come across a couple "DUBS" die cast cars. One was a 72 Chevelle with Horton's exact paint scheme on it. It didn't have any mention of him though. :hmm: I wonder if they ripped him off or he licenced the rights to them. I should have picked it up, but didn't, thinking we'd hit the same place on the way back. Of course, we didn't.
So Chris, what's up? yo getting as famous a Jesse James now? :poke:

See the other post in Multimedia section. He works for the Toy company who makes them and was able to design his own car as a die cast.
