As you guys probably know, The game tonight is gonna be good. Texas Vs OSU. I just want to pay my respects to the OSU fans, It's amazing how many made the trip to support their team. I was down on 6th street last night and I've gotta say that it was about a 50% OSU fans and they were all really friendly. Anyways, welcome to Texas.

Hook em horns!

I really wanted to be there. I was in Vegas and contemplated staying a few extra days down South to partake in the festivities.

Go Bucks!

Love Texas (hince the name), but I'm just unimpressed as I watch OSU score again making it 23 to 7 OSU. Vince where are you!! I refuse to believe Mack didn't have someone older than 12 he could replace V. Young with.

Yeah, we were wondering who was supposed to be backing up ol' Vince last year. I mean, it sure wasn't that Freshman from tonight! There's a missing part of the story there....

Anyway, I may be in Ohio but I was rooting for the 'Horns all night just antagonize my friends. :) That didn't work out in the end! :hand: Texas didn't look like a #2 team tonight. :(

Texas should just go ahead an fire Mack Brown. I think the kids were just exceptional last year and won out on thier own part. Mack hasn't beat OU enough times to earn his keep. Texas has so much home grown talent that it is hard to have an un-skilled roster, it should be hard to believe UT hasn't had more national championships. Come on, Mack. After Major Applewhite's teneur Mack was about to get the axe anyway.

Wow! Are you a Buckeye fan? You would fit in with our little nation. I am a big fan, but dont jump on the 'fire the coach' banwagons that Buckeye fans do.

I would think that winning a national championship would give him a few years to see what he can do with the classes he has recruited in the last few years. If they DO decide to get rid of him, that Defensive Coordinator they stole from Auburn sounds like a good candidate.

Sorry, just disgruntled. I think they need to beat the Sooners every year for the next 5 years for Mack to be redeemed. He is only human. No Bear Bryant or Bud Wilkinson.

Mack says in the Dallas Morning News that "we didnt think Smith would pass that much...we were focusing on his running"....WTF? That, after Smith THREW for 300 v. Mich and 342 against ND in the last 2 games last season??? Not only did VY cover any holes you had in the offense but he covered for a weak head coach in my opinion. Not to mention,'ol Mack seemed to be out of sorts in the 2nd half...at times when they showed him I thought he was going to cry.
