need help quick!

well guys
i have every thing off my frame except the front suspension (a arms springs shocks steering ect.) i cant figure out how to remove them. and i need to get the stuff of by next tuesday becuase im getting my frame blasted and frame work that day

You are probably going to have to buy or borrow a spring compressor. The spring compressor fits inside the spring and hooks on the coils. It has a piece of threaded rod with a nut that allows compression of the spring. (the shock will have to be removed).
Once you have the spring compressed you can loosen the spindle nuts and use a seperating tool to pry them apart.

If the car was fully assembled you could jack up the bottom of one lower a-arm. Take the spindle nuts loose. Then bump the spindle with a hammer, and it will come loose. The you could place a jack stand and place it under the frame. Then you can lower the a-arm and the spring will push the a-arm down far enough to get the spring out (be careful with the coil spring as it could jump out). But this only works with all the weight of the car. If all you have is a frame you will probably have to do the first thing

thanks mike i got it all disassembled with the ecception of the power steering pump. i just used my FM to get it apart no need for special tools :D
