1) What's the username of the two-legged flounder wearing the LD shirt?

2) Where and when was the picture taken?

3) What's the fish species?

4) A catchy title for the photo.

Looks like an Albacore.

I'll be doing a little bit of that on Saturday, although I'll be on Lake Huron chasing Chinook Salmon.

Honeymoon in Italy?

Sunny, hat, and a suntan = too hot for Albacore.

4) We can tune a suspension, but can't tuna fish.

Did ya see Sammy at the Wabo?

Even though the tuna looks big, it's probably small...so that's probably Matt holding the fish. :) ?

Reminds me of dinner last night in LaJolla, seared Ahi with a sesame crust and an unknown dipping sauce. Down on the Gulf Coast there is some awesome Yellowfin out by the oil platforms.

I Looks like CarlC. I know Matt, Mark, and Carl, and it doesn't look like either of the LD boys.

Yep, that's me. But two days before our hotel looked like this:

https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif

Hurricane John made a sudden and unexpected turn north right through Los Barilles. 110-120 mph winds + severe rain added up to a nightmare for the residents of the town. There was 1' of water here in the hotel lobby when the eye passed, and the palapa (sp?) ripped to shreds. Cars underwater, floating hotel beds, and a 500 gallon propane tank dislodged and spinning in the parking lot lake from its broken piping all made for an exciting time. The town had 2-3' of soil from the surrounding hills dumped right into the middle of town. Most residents had severe damage to their homes, but the hotel workers still had eggs and bacon ready for breakfast four hours after the second wall passed through!

Two days later we were catching these.

The Dorado bite was just turning on as we left.

One hurricane is enough for me. For those that live in a hurricane corridor, you have my sympathies. Scary stuff!

Anyone want a slightly fishy LD shirt?
