Anyone going to Rhinebeck, NY for the Goodguys East Coast Nationals on the 16th? Is this show worth driving down from Boston for? I'm in downtown boston and will probably be making a solo run down there for the day. Let me know if anyone wants to get together and head down. I need my fix before the winter freeze.
Also, is there any shops/builders in the Boston area? I can't seam to find anyone interested in PT/Hot Rods around here! What's up with that? It's making me miss Nor-Cal.

im taking my baby up saturday with pops and my girl. were staying over till sunday. i just got the 3 inch exhaust with x pipe and delta force 40 race mufflers on too! turn3d right before the exles...sooooo loud it hurts!
the new fabbed valvce covers look great too
We'll be there.
Half of our team will be there and the other half will be at the Kalamazoo show.

I'm going to run over, Probell is going too, a few others may come along for the drive too.
1Fine69- you really should run the old valve covers for this weekend, you wouldn't want to get the new ones dirty! (since I have the same ones on my car) -Dan

u think they will get dirty??i think theyll be fineeeeee ;).its not looking good though weatherwise. i only have a tarp garage too so i cant even start detailing cause its so wet out!hopefuly it clears tomorow though

well since it f$%#n rained the 3 days before! i couldnt detail the car so im making it just a sunday show. its 7 now i should be up there around 9:30 so i hope to make the best of it and maybe sell some of these huuuge massive old suspension parts haha

thanks tox! did i talk to u at all? i talked to alot of people but i didnt have to much time up there.i ran as fast as i could to see all the cars there. great show. i got there late so i think thats why i didnt get to go to the winners circle

Here are a few of my pictures from Saturday afternoon in NY. Show wasn't too bad. I guess I just got a little spoiled in Nor-Cal living 5 minutes from the Pleasanton Fair grounds. Some nice cars though, but not too many really trick rides. Lots of old-timer bolt on hot rod stuff.
I did meet the XV guys though. Nice guys and a very well layed out presentation. They sure didn't spare any expense before they opended their doors. I wish them all the luck.
Anyone know who's primer 67 this is? I went back 3 times during the day trying to find the owner but he was never there. Is he a member here?

I spoke more with your father (I think). The group I was with came up to your car right as you parked. You were a little busy wiping her down, dad fielded all the questions for you. Again nice ride and dad was a pleasure to talk to.
