Lincoln SP-250 MIG

This is the one with digital controls. I've found one for what seems to be a great price ($250). The seller said that it works but that it could use a tune-up/tinkering to make it 100%. I imagine that the control panel could be an issue. Does anyone know what the most common issues with these welders are? I'm hoping to check it out tomorrow - anything I can check for, being that I do not yet know how to weld?

Here is what he said when I asked him some general questions:
Yes it is digital and is working, dont know exactly what the fix would be?Possibly new liner, adjustment. Bought machine new about 14 years ago, however I was in the auto salvage business for 11.5 years here so the use was very lilimited. Machine looks good and has had improvements since new that u need to see!

I have no idea on what to look at but I'd give the machine a test weld on site.
$250 sounds like a good price for a 250amp machine which is working.
I'm really happy with my lincoln 170amp
