Anyone know where to find one for cheap? Lowest i've found was 199.00, but would like to find cheaper since it is a way limited use item.
Maybe someone has one i could borrow for a while?
Thanks.
Phil

Yes, $250. A bit much for a extremely limited use tool.

I purchased a shrinker/stretcher from him this spring for around $70 bucks. I also bought an 8" plate shear and a 4" bending brake so he gave me a pretty good deal but the regular prices were good to begin with...
Let us know what you find out...

Phil,
That 170.00 may have been the actual price on the shrinker/stretcher... I bought all three tools from him at a car show and he was dealing... Sorry about the confusion.
I can say all of the tools work very well for the money. The shrinker/stretcher does what it's supposed to do and 170 is about as good as you're going to find. The 8" plate shear works very nicely! I can trim a hair width sliver of material off a piece of 3/16th's plate with no roll over... I was amazed!
