Going price for LSx and 5.7 hemi

I found a couple motors for sale and am curious what the going rate is. The first on is a 99 LS1 long block out of a camaro no hair on the motor just the long block which is disassembled he is asking $800.00. Seems high for a dissembled long block. The second is a 2004 5.7l hemi complete except for the a/c compressor and computer, he even has manual and automatic flywheels. supposedly has <10k miles and wants $2500 for it and he is negotiable. Give me your opinion on the prices and if you were in the market what you would pay. Thanks

Well i have a guy buying my 01 ls1/a4 with 30000 miles for 3600.
all assy, computers, wiring harness, inside and outside and steering column

well since this is pro-touring i would say go for the hemi

I think $800 for a dissaseembled LS long block is a song if it were under 50,000 miles.
