Steering Stops

Having fitted wide tires they now hitting the subframe, using the orginal 67 camaro box is there any smiple way to fit stops.

The way have done it in the past is to drill a hole in the LCA, weld a nut to the inside, and then insert a grade 8 bolt and nut to lock it down. The steering arm will then contact the flat of the bolt head, and the other nut will keep it locked down after adjustment.
