LT1 oil

What grade oil do people use in there LT1 engines mines a 94 vette I'm using mobil 1 0-40 is that ok, live in the UK so not to much extreme weather.

I run 20-50, for no other reason then that is what I have always run.

I run 5W-30 in mine. BTW Paul, did you ever find the problem with the belt squeel? I am getting ready to install the S&P pulley system in mine and was just curious. Any info would be appreciated.

I use 10-30, just switched to Mobil 1.

I run 20/50 in mine,but I run mine hard and like the added oil.

I would suggest 10/30,I like Quaker State Hi Rpm semi sthy blend.
