I need a favor, if someone has a copy of the DSE SFC instructions could you scan and email me a copy?

I have the templates but have misplaced the instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Damn.. I left them at the shop.. I'm zero help till next week and by then you could have DSE fax you a copy..

If you call DSE they will drop instructions in the mail the same day.

Thanks, but I was trying to them in over the weekend.
I think I have them, I'll check the work laptop....
sadly, I have documents for all my DSE stuff EXCEPT the SFC's.
