I have been wanting a 1996 impala since i saw one. So i have been looking for one with lower milage. One thing that caught my eye with a few is that they had way less than they looked like for instance just buy looking at the belts and the motor it looked like this car had a ton more miles than they odo said. My question is there any way to tell 100% that there has been a kill switch connected to the dash to turn the odometer off?
