My brother can't seem to reset his password. He never gets the reset email.
His username is "cfilm1"
Can anyone help?

If he has not tried this since Tuesday please try one more time. I made some changes to the server that killed the e-mail system for a few days. If it does not work myself or Ralph can manually fix the problem. Sorry for the hassle.

Also, if he has a spam filter set to block it he may never get it. If that's the case not to worry. We can change it.
