View Full Version : Photoshop help please
I need some help deciding on a paint scheme for my car. I borrowed a picture of venomous type's car since we have similar models, except mine is a coupe.
I was wondering if someone could do a few paint ideas and and a set of wheels for me. The wheels I wanted to try were the polished Coy's 5 spokes or a BMW stlye lace wheel.
First idea is: silver top half over medium purple two-tone
Second: burgundy over black two-tone
Third: Cream with a subtle flame job
I am open for any ideas if anyone has them. Thanks for the help in advance. I really have to get this car painted this winter.

Hi I hope this can help you... Not much of a flame job, but hey, somethings there ;-) I didn't see what color you wanted it in but after i thought about it it should probably have been a darker tone than the bodycolor..
Well, here you go.

Greetings
Rasmus Porsager.
Janosch and Diognes56,
Thank you both for taking the time to do these. I have been working on some projects around the house and haven't logged onto the computer for a while.
I think I like that purple and silver combo the best. Thanks again for the help!

I like the marron and black.
Could someone flip the red and black and put the black on top. I have looked at the pictures a hundred times and the burgundy and black has won me over. I just wonder how it would look with black on top. Thanks again for the help.

The marron and black has a classy look to it. I'd like to see what it looks like with the colors flipped, but I like it the way it is in that illustration.
I love two-tone paint jobs. I just wish that my '80 Firebird would look good with one. The lack of a front grille doesn't lend itself well, IMO, to break up the paint and look good.

Here you go. I put a pin stripe in the second pic, it doesn't necessarilly have to be a pin stripe either, you could put some air brushed "trim" there or something of that sort as well.

Thanks again! For one last request could someone put a set of black centered wheels on on one of the black and red pics. I don't care what type of wheel. I just wonder what black centers would look like. Thank you for all the help!!

Okay, I revise my earlier comment; I like that with the maroon on top, especially with the black wheels. Cool Beans!
Fawkes,
Thanks for the feedback. As far as a two-tone paint job goes for your firebird, have you thought of some sort of variation of the 1979 10th anniversary firebird paint scheme.
