On my LT1 the belt just starts squeeling after the car has run for a few minutes any ideas how to shut it up ,its a newsh 1 only done about 4hrs run time its in a 67 camaro with a/c and power steering.

Clean all the pulleys,If not try to tighten the belt,Does it have aftermarket pulley set-up?

Thats the problem. The belt won't grip the chrome as well so its slipping and sqeeling.
