Allen I usde Adobe Photoshop 6. I painted the body panels w/ the brush tool and used dodge and burn along w/ color and contrast. I also added "star bursts" to the rims and body. Basically I combined what I do for full on digital renderings to a photo. It is something new I tried, trying to turn a photo into art w/o using boring filters. People can tell when someone simply run only filters on a photo.
