Do you have any more pictures? I love the way the 70-73 Camaro's look. Right now my Dad and I are working on a 74 Firebird Formula. Not quite a Camaro, but it's still a Second Gen F-Body.

hi Frank,
great Camaro, perfect stance. what width and backspacing are your wheels? on my brother's '70 RS, he just got 17x8, (I think) 4" backspacing, but it looks like they might be sticking out a little too far in the rear. and what tire sizes are you running?
thanks,
Keith

I am running 17 x 7 up front w 235 45 17 with a 4"backspace
in the rear 17 x 8 w 255 50 17 (tall tire) with a 5' backspace
I think I want alittle bigger in the rear as I still have room...
I was thinking of
17 x9.5 w 275 50 17 with a 5 or 5.5 backspace.....
Thanks for all the compliments

Car looks terrific, nicely done. I am starting to like the second gen cars even more than the first gens!!

We are in the process of developing a true coil-over kit, as well as all other front suspension handling components that will utilize the stock front frame. Control arms will be prototyped in a few weeks, and I should have some pic's of the coil-over approach we are going with in a few days, again in prototype form. We are also going to address the shortcomings of the stock suspension geometry on these cars, which in stock form is decent, but can be made significantly better with some thoughtful engineering changes. The approach we are taking is that all of the components will be able to be used in stages, so if budget is an issue, you can do one thing at a time. We are working full time on it, and fully expect this to be an excellent performance compliment to our rear suspension, while being far more affordable (and better in terms of performance, frankly) that an aftermarket frame for these cars. I wish I could express how excited I am about this, we'll be using all of this on our 70 RS clone shop car that is well into the build. Keep your eyes open for the stuff, it'll be worth it.
Have fun!
