So I was scanning through ebay and came across this guy selling Pro Touring Banner. I'm wondering if Larry trademark the name "Pro Touring" and if so, can Larry collect royalties from using someone's trademark name without their consent?

No trademark. The term pro-touring is in the public domain. But I'll bet that GM will put the smackdown on this guy for his other banners.
