Big motor moderate compression ratio from looking at you #'s posted. You left out the cars wieght. I ran an r268 which has similiar specs but more duration crane cam in a 71 nova in a 468cu in motor with open chamber raised runner bowtie heads and 11:1 compression. I used a turbo 350 tranny and a 3500 convertor. The car weighed 3250. It ran 11.40's on the footbrake and 10.20's with two nitrous sytems. I tried a r274 car ran the same et's. But for the best cam info pick up the phone and ask the experts. All cam manufacterers have people on staff to help you pick out the best cam for your ride.

I am looking at something ~265@050 with a .640 lift and a 108 Lobe Seperation
I don't think you are going to make power much past 5500RPM in an engine with that much stroke, the piston speed just gets too high.

thats why most strokers have a 112 and up center lobe.
