Guys,
I'm looking for some help on suspension choices. I currently have a 68 firebird with stop front and rear suspension. My intention was to upgrade to a c4 IFS (using a dana 36 from an 84 corvette and weld in kit) and a c4 subframe kit. I liked the way the c4 suspension handled and wanted to go to disk brakes. I wanted to know what other choices I had if I decided not to go with the c4 kit? what have you guys used?

Have you tried the search function. This has been discussed many times and I am sure you can find much useful information. You may not get many responses because it has been discussed. But if have some specific questions after some research then post away.

One thing that comes to mind is what have you compared your C4 handling experience to? That is two generations of Corvettes ago. Many things have changed. Also, just because you can use C4 parts does not make it handle the same. The geometry could be different.
