Please forgive the bragging but,
I won Best of Show at the Classic GTO Weekend.
I was totally floored given that most of my breed consider radial tires a sin.
The kicker is I built 98% of the car myself, drove it 350 miles there and 350 miles in the rain back home and was doing burnout and cruising all weekend long. So much for the trailer queens.

Congrats! That's a beautiful car. The color is perfect!! Especially with the cream (white?) interior.

Northern Goat, I just noticed that you're in Ontario. Where exactly? Just curious to know if I might get the chance to see the car in person at an event in southern Ontario.

Thanks for the props guys.
Just got back from Woodward and was told I *******ized a legend. Oh well I guess he didn't drive 250 miles home at 90 mph. For those of you who didn't get a chance to go to Woodward, you missed out on some really cool cars. The PT 63 (I think) Buick rocked. I can see me abandoning my Pontiac loyalties for a while and building an LS powered 65 Impala next.
BTW, I live between Hamilton and Niagara Falls and yes, I will try to get to Autofest this year.
