4th Gen Seatbelts in a 2nd Gen?

Anyone done this? I've heard it's a bolt-in.

I want 3-point retractable belts for my Formula.

What's behind the headliner in a 71/72 to bolt the 4th gen stuff up?

I don't know how true this is or not, but I've been cautioned against retrofitting seatbelts from airbag cars; the webbing supposedly has more 'give' from what I hear. Might be better than 30+ year old stuff though.
