Selling leftover Trex Deck Question

Has anyone ever tried to sell 'slightly' used construction materials? I have a railing system for a 12x12 Trex deck install that I am thinking about selling. I was wondering how one might go about doing that.

I put it on last year, but want to lower the deck to where I wont need it. This stuff is too expensive to throw away and I have about 1000 in it (maybe more).

Any suggestions other than Craig's list?

I'm thinking Craigslist or local papers is your best bet - you're not going to want to ship it. You could always hang out in the Trex section of your local home improvement store in a trenchcoat.
