Help!!! C6 wheels on '65 chevelle???

I recently bought a set of c6 wheels that came off of the car after about 50 miles, they are in perfect condition. I want to put these on my '65. Does anyone know if this is possible??

The fronts are 18x8.5 and I planned on running maybe a 265/35/18?
The rears are 19x10 and I planned on running maybe a 275/30/19?

I'm not sure what the offsets of these wheels are, whatever stock is I guess. Let me know if you guys have any thoughts on this..

You would definitely need spacers to run those wheels on a 65. Even so,an 8.5" width on the front and 10" width on the rear would be very difficult to fit on a 64-65 A-body. An 8" front and 9.5" rear is as big as I've seen squeezed under those cars.

I plan on narrowing the frame in the rear to accomodate the large wheel widths so it shouldn't be a problem at all. Ive been kicking around the idea of using the Chassisworks stuff, does anyone have any input on this? Quality stuff or should I look at other options??

As far as the front, we will have to make a decision once I get them mocked up under the car to see what needs to be done there... We should be able to figure something out I'm sure. All I need now is some tires so I can fit these things under the car.... :twothumbs

Ya I got a few older pics of it but there has been alot of progress since. It should be coming out of the bodyshop within the next week or so after being there for over two years. I will post some pics up for sure bro. Shoot me a PM if you want..
