Header Clearances

Ok, I know that more is better but how much is too little?
I just installed a set Hooker Super comps in my 86 Monte SS, driver side went in smooth and easy, has plenty of clearance all around. Passenger side went in easy as well, but there are two places that I am concerned about.
On cyl # 6 I only have about 3/16" clearance between the tube and the spark plug and needed to go to short plugs to get the wire on, and also on the same tube there is only about 1/16" clearance between the tube and the frame.

I'd be more worried about the plug/wire isnt so close as it burns up the plug boot and starts arcing. the frame clearance may need to be dimpled on the tube for more clearance, if not it may rub when it torques and cause a vibration feeling but should be no harm , hope this helps
