Hi Everyone. I am having an issue with my fan/controller. It seems to always be on. Even if the car is off. I used the painless wiring harness for the car and used the fan control wire (gray wire from Painless harness) for the ignition on connection. I even pulled the fuse for the electric fan and it still pulls juice. So I disconnected it from the dc control, same thing. Whats going on here? The controller should not be supplying voltage to the fan if the car isnt running and especially if the "ignition on" signal is disconnected. Any ideas?

you disconnected the DC controller from the fan, and the fan is still running?

You should not have a fuse for the fan-email me with your wiring diagram and I'll try to sort it out for you, Aaron. -Jabin

I meant I disconnected the key on connection from the controller and the fan still pulls current.

do you have any of the "jumpers" installed, namely the UnderDrive jumper on pins 13 + 14?
