Bolt pattern 5x120 with a 20+, 35+ offset 18x8.5 fronts and 18x9.5 rears.
im not sure if the offsets are doable

no - the bolt spacing is wrong 120mm=4.72". You need 4.5"

I don't think that's right. I'm pretty sure Camaros are 5x4.75" bolt pattern.

I don't know Camaro backspacing. I'm sure you've seen this thread (https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1008) on what others are running.
The only way to really know for sure what'll fit is to measure your car though; the tolerances varied back in the day and years take their toll.
