I wanted to start this thread so we could recognize fellow PT.com members stuff.... but first I want to know if this is ok with Johnny and Steve, et al.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Generally we do not post PHR pictures online since they belong to Primedia. However, these pics belong to you guys. I don't see how it's our place to tell you what you can do with them. :)
I have a huge stack of entries.. more than last year. Sometime next week we will open them all up and start figuring the winners.

I must of gotten 30 more entries this morning.. I guess more than one person waited till the last moment to send them in.. lol
We have a TON of entries.. way more than last year..

How about we only post one picture out of the 5 we sent? Post your least favorite.
Here's my least favorite out of my five entries. My shots are after the sun went down. I used Johnny's instruction for the "painting with flashlights". The red around the car is truly a little more orange, but when I lightened the image to bring out the white paint the rest turned red. I'm not sure how the effect will go over.

Here's the least favorite I sent:
The horizon line sucks, but I couldn't get any decent new pictures because the flood tore up the fairgrounds.

Steve, any word on when we'll know the results?! When does the october hit news stands... obviously before october but I can never figure out how far ahead of time.
