How do I post pics in the Gallery?

I got the Garage figured out but I don't see any way to put pics in the Gallery section.

The Gallery is done by Larry and Ralph, and hasn't been updated in a long time.

There's a rework in progress that should include stuff like that. In the meanwhile, the PTGarage is the place to be.
