If anyone was into money laundering this must have been the "washing machine". How do you spend that much $$ on a car? I love those year novas (66/67) and this is no exception but where do they draw the line? Somebodies business must be doing REAL good :smoke:.

Expensive, yes..but it doesn't seem that outrageous. There's a lot of work and $$$ parts in that thing, even just looking at it quickly; the close up shots give me the impression it was built pretty well too.

$300k may be a bit much, but depending on who build it, and who spent all that time doing the paint/polish, etc. it wouldn't be hard to get real close to that figure.

Just looking at the garage it's parked in i'm going out on a limb to say money isn't a huge problem for the owner.

Look at the posters in the background, notice he appears to have owned all those cars? (judging by floor and background)

It says 3000K, not 300K, but that is obviously a typo. $300k to build a indoor show car is only the tip of the iceburg. While a little dated, it's still was built a killer piece. My only gripe is the pee wee motor. it would have to have a 632 blown motor for show and braging rights if nothing else.
