Has anyone used a quick release transmission yoke such as this:?

Seems like a good idea, especially since I have to take apart my drive shaft loop to get my driveshaft and yoke out. Any concerns about strength vs. the standard NON quick release yokes?

Thanks!

Well I don't use one, but I don't see why it wouldn't be strong enough when the rear is held on with those tiny looking straps.:dunno:

Yeah my thoughts exactly, but this seems to be a new concept with tranny yokes (and a good one). Just a feeler to see if anyone has actually tested one out.

Looks just like the C2 and C3 corvette yokes. Never heard of a problem with those. We went 9.91/143 in the 1/4 with 3000 lb 73 vette convertible with one in the back of a 400 turbo. Only difference is the rear diff doesn't move much.

Just my $.02.
