Was curious about something. I have the conventional v belts but want to convert to serpentine. I cant justify $500 for just the at, crank, wp and ps pulleys by March or whoever. So what i want to do is see if a 88-92 f body coversion would work.
Is this system one belt or 2 that drives the pulleys. I know March makes one that has 2, 1 for the crank and ps and the other for the crank alt and wp. that would be ideal. My concern is on a 3rd gen if it is one continuous belt does that mean i would need to switch to a reverse flow wp which i dont want to do either. So what would be the best system for the cheapest price?
What have u guys used that is the cheapy way. Also i dont care if i get oem or used as i will clean them all up and get them chromed or brushed or whatever.

Look for 85-88 Montecarlo or Camaro. They have a serpentine for the alternator but use the v-belts for the other acc. and you can keep your waterpump.
