Quick Ratio Box / Pitman Arm Combo

Which pitman arm is best to use when converting a 69 camaro to 3rd gen quick ratio box? Will a longer pitman arm make the center link move faster? Or will the longer arm hit the headers?

I have the longer pitman arm whith a i-roc z box on my 68 firebird and no clairance problem whith the header . however , the camaro is not completely item .
yes the longer pitman arm will move the center link faster

I was going to ask the same question. do I use the one that I got on the box, (turdgen) or the one on my manual box right now?
