Urgent! Leaving for Carlisle in AM!

Guys, my guage fuse keeps blowin everytime I turn the key on all of the sudden.
is this a ground problem or a short somewhere?? Unbelievable!

If it is blowing a fuse, it is a short! A loose ground would be an open circuit. I would see if I could feel behind the gauges and see if a lug has somehow touched two poles or something. Are guages the only thing of the circuit? About the only other option is disconnect one at the time and see if one of the guages has shorted out, however, I have never had that happen in all these years.

Disaster averted, behind the dash was a live wire with a spade connector on the end that was touching metal. Phew, thanks Billy!
