Thanks guys for the compliments. It was A LOT of work but it should be fun.
Will she see Woodward this year?
By the way....where did you locate that cowl induction air cleaner box? Do they repo those things?
Yes the car will be at Woodward. The air cleaner box is just an original one with the big snorkel shaved off. They do repop them though.

Thanks Guys,
Quick question for ya. The alt on the yellow 69 cam, i was curious on what type of alt you're using. What make model and year off of and what amp rate?
The alternator I used is for a 2003 2500 HD chevy/gmc pickup.

I like to use the imperial brake line benders. I usually just bend the lines by a seat of the pants feel. but in the past I have also made templates out of wire to follow by.

The car took a little under two years to completefrom start to finish working on it on in off between school and work. I'll try to get you those pics soon.

Incredible job! The engine bay is very well done too. What is the setup for your pulleys and brackets? I did something similar to your setup but I like yours better. Thanks, Mike

What pulleys did you use? Did you have to drill that hole in the head or did it come that way? Did you use the factory lower radiator hose or did you use some other application? Thanks, Mike

I used March water pump and crank pulley, DSE power steering pulley, and a reproduction deep groove alternator pulley. The lower raiator hose was fabricated from steel tubing. If I can find a pic i'll post it. Thanks

The alternator hole was already in the head. Thanks
Billy
I spent some time observing the detail under the hood - factory didn't get it that straight. Perfect brake lines, sweet overflow line, exact PCV hose, slick HVAC plumbing, nothing too gaudy...

What wiper motor is that? What paint did you use for the inner fenders?
Power brakes!!
Great wheels and colour. I may be biased!!!:secret:
What wiper motor is that?
Looks like a DSE "Selecta Speed" - link (http://www.detroitspeed.com/productpages/indproduct/electricalprod/wiper_kit_prod.htm)

Looks Beautiful! I love the engine bay. I can't decide what color to paint my 69, seeing yours you just made the dicision more dificult.
Did you have to fab the bottom of those mirrors or did they fit like that, and do you know what they came off ? Like I said before beautiful. Wayne
