Do 275/35/18s work with stock inner fenders with aftermarket subframes?

Hi!
Do also compare different brands , for different sizes.
The "section width" may vary , from 10.6" to 11.2". on 275/35/18.
In My case I have 265/50/15 in front,and I found a tire that was pretty close .270 "actual section width".
The Yokohama 265 I tried on first , was 290 "actual section width".
3/4" wider !
