Really cool guy, built the car close to as it is back in '84, the guy was about 20 years ahead of his time on the PT bug. I'm going to be getting some good pictures of his car soon (I was just running around with a 50mm and no circular polarizer)

also saw this:

(not a kit.. noooo really?)

And this wicked jag race car. I didn't get any side pics of the monster wilwoods behind the wires.

I don't think I have many more....yet :)

383 stroker, 5-speed, can't recall the rear end gears. It had spray though it wasn't hooked up, Baer tracks IIRC in the front and street in the rear efi... can't recall all the specifics.

But I have the fellow's contact info, and I know he lurks on here. Hopefully I'll be going nuts and getting a lot of photos of that beast here shortly, as well as a list of specifics.

That Camaro was very very tasteful, and I was absolutely floored that he built the car (different wheels, brakes and motor as bigger brakes and wheels are more available now) pretty much as is in 1984.

I have uhh..13 hours of work tomorrow, and I'm about to go to bed (nights suck, give me a job).

But Wednesday or thursday I'll give the owner a ring, and try to set something up. That paint was just amazing, just glassy, perfect. The total absence of chrome also made this thing outshine the ubiquitous chromed out, rally-rimmed, rides that litter any car show.

..In case you can't tell I'm enamored with this '68.
