We need more info- engine/trans, runner/roller, etc. Is it an OHC, or a 326?

326 with automatic trans, runs, pb, no air, not sure about ps.
soft front floor pans, typical fender rust.

He's thinking of buying it, not selling it.

Needs a lot of bodywork, but looks like it's mostly there. Convertible is a plus, and already having the V8 is slight plus (unless it was a Sprint). You didn't mention if it ran, so I'll assume not. I'd put it around $3000 to $3500.
