That's what I thought. It's a cruiser, doubt it would break out of the 15's even with a tailwind.
As for being close, I live across the street from Ted.

Umm, yes. That would be perfect. Yeah....that's a pretty good idea. I would say jump on that as soon as possible. Actually better yet...you might want to post them in here first so we can get a look at them and help you pick out the best one.:seizure:

Great to see friends in our favorite publication! The thrill is exhilerating. Enjoy the spotlight...and where is this Camaro you refer to!!

I think the Hugger Orange vert is another members car? He posted about changing to sport mirrors. In fact in the mag it has the stock chrome and I know I've seen it with the bullet sport mirrors here somewhere.

Congrats Brian. I saw your car too and recognized it right away. I really dig that section of the magazine and its usually the first section I turn to. Its great to see regular guys like us getting some ink like that instead of always seeing the extremely high end cars. I always get a great smile reading that section. Congrats to everyone else in there too.

Regular guys.....actually that should be the name of that section of the magazine. Instead of "Hometown Hotrodding" it should be called "Regular Guys". What does "Hometown Hotrodding" mean anyway?

Hopefully that wasnt taken offensively. I think of myself as a regular guy. Ahh nevermind. :slap:
Figures you would only quote that line out of everything I said.

No...don't get me wrong Adam, no offense taken at all. And I don't think anyone else would take offense to it either. I'm actually quite serious, I think it would be a cool title. What are we? We're regular guys. And there's not a damn thing wrong with that.:twothumbs

Ok cool Tony. Its just so easy to take things out of context on the internet. Glad you understood what I meant. :grouphug:
That "Regular guys" title would be hilarious. I doubt it will happen but thats a funny title. :lmao:

Mine is in this months too. Steve you said mine spent several years under the restoration knife. When in fact it only took 9 Months.

What about girls the own cars?? lol

I think HOMETOWN HOT RODDING is a tradition at PHR.. it's been called that for a long time... I call it Readers Rides

 ... I try to get all the facts straight from what I get sent, but I am not beyond making a mistake or confusing two stories.. especially now that Hometown is so freaking big.. Sorry man..

Got a real kick out of one of my buddies, I showed him the pic and said "Look familiar?" He's all "Yea, looks like your car .... .... WAIT! That IS your car!"

LoL

Made my night.

Kevin, the Hugger Orange vert is my project. I took the pics prior to the bullet mirror change. I've already e-mailed Steve to thank him for the ink! Went to the local food store and bought all the copies they had (for my friends of course! lol)
