why does my avatar look like crap??

hey everyone! does anyone know why my avatar is all dots? did I do something wrong?

because it was compressed.

What was the image size of the pic you tried to load?

Post the original photo you wanted here. and I'll take a crack at it.

Here's three variations. remember 80x80 is the max size.

right click on the one you like, copy the URL and paste that in the URL part of the avatar location box in your User CP.
