TKO 600 Break in

i have the 600 in the car and am getting ready to do the break in as described by the paperwork that came with it. it says to row through the gears with the car on jack stands for 30 min or so. my question is should the fluid be changed after that? if not when

Per Tremec tech: No need to change fluid - you can fill it and forget it.
Of course I changed mine anyway just because.
