I haven't been here long but does anyone know someone at DSE? I'm drooling over info on when their new subframe will come out. Anyone have an inside scoop?

I spoke with Kyle today and I believe he said it will be out in January or thereabout. Should be a sweet setup. He said that some current components will be used but it will pretty much be all new.

Any chance you could round up a guesstimated cost at this point or is it still too early to tell? Would be interested if it was...er... "competitively" priced. :fingersx: Tightwad, frugal, call it what you will. :naughty:

It should be competitive with the Wayne Due front end as that's the quality and handling they're going after.

I thought i read in the other topic about the subframes that the DSE fully modded stock frame was better than Waynes C4 setup already as far as handling?

are you comparing to Waynes C4 or C5?

Man I can't wait until that thing comes out. I want to be the first Firebird on road with DSE's new setup.
Moebrawlz- DSE's modified sub frame from what I’ve read is comparable to Wanes C4 or C5 setup as far as handling but Wayne's set up has rack and pinion steering. From what I’ve heard DSE's new sub frame is a completely new frame with rack and pinion steering. A notch above their fully modified setup, lower, sturdier, better handling, rack and pinion steering. It will be right along the same lines as Wayne’s C5 setup but in my opinion better. I last herd they will also still try and keep spindles that have a load of brake options, which is always a plus.
Anyone here work for DSE. Think I can get a discount for this last post… :)

any chance of a group purchase for the frame? sounds like many people will jump at the chance if Kyle can give a 10% off for a group purchase on the frame.
